Dr Yu-Yeung Yip is the Associate Consultant of the Department of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, Prince of Wales Hospital, Hong Kong SAR. He is currently the director and organizer of the Hong Kong BASIC (Basic Assessment & Support in Intensive Care) course, which covers essential and fundamental aspects of Intensive Care (https://www.aic.cuhk.edu.hk/basic/country.php#). His special interests include education, critical care echocardiography, and clinical ethics.
